Registration and Information: The registration desk will be open between 8.00 and 18:00 during the congress.
Certificate of Participation: For security reasons, we kindly ask all attendees to wear their badges at the entrance to the meeting center and during the scientific sessions and social events.

Invitation Letter: For congress participation, the invitation letter prepared to be given to the institutions will be sent to the participants who request it. We kindly ask you to send your requests to usk2024@conplus.org e-mail address.
Cancellations: If the congress registrations are canceled after August 20, 2024, 25% of the paid fee will be deducted and refunded. No refunds will be made for course registration cancellations.
Secretary: The Congress Organizing Committee has designated ConPlus Congress Organization and Consultancy Services as the official organization company of the meeting. We kindly ask you to contact ConPlus for any request within the congress. usk2024@conplus.org.
